- Every repair is backed by our 6-month workmanship guarantee — if the same fault returns, we'll put it right.
- Additional time
- £70 per hour after the first hour, billed in 15-minute increments (£17.50 each) — you only pay for the time you use.
- Parts charged separately
- Any parts are quoted and supplied only with your approval, for full transparency and cost control.
- Call-out fee
- A call-out fee applies to every visit. New customers settle the call-out fee after the visit.
- Easy, secure payment
- Engineers carry chip & pin card readers and accept all major debit and credit cards. Invoices and receipts always provided.
